Part of the opening 'Concert - multisensual activity' by Roman Dziadkiewicz
‚...cut brake tubes, drops of green liquid seeping into the asphalt creating dark, greasy stains that reflect light, sweaty hands on a steering wheel, no resistance under the foot, thoughts speeding so fast that you are unable to control them. Everything is very clear and you cannot imagine what will happen in a moment. The world departs from the sky and goes backwards‘
[Quote: Methylenblau, dir. C.P.A.]
'Engine' is Przemek Czupurko's paraenviroment, created by combining works that show a treshold moment of an accident. Here it becomes a transition ritual - perceiving of time and space becomes subjective, and the laws of physics aren't a reference point any longer.
